El Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este has been the event chosen by Rolls-Royce to present its latest creation, the Rolls-Royce Swepttail. In our day to day it is not usual that we see models as luxurious as those of the British firm; If so, we would probably be very lucky. The fact is that, if we see one, we follow it with our eyes and smile, but we always believe that one day we will see another unit of the same model.
The same does not happen with the Rolls-Royce Sweptail, since it is a model that has only been manufactured and will be manufactured a unit, which has been seen by the elegance contest. It is a special order that has a multitude of elements to the taste of the lucky client, so many that, according to what they say, it may have made it the car approved for circulation most expensive ever built.

Said rumors comment that the price of this Rolls-Royce Sweptail could have been 10 million pounds sterling, that is, almost 11,5 million euros. The brand has not confirmed it, it has not dropped any price, although it did state that it is “substantially expensive”. The identity of the customer who owns this luxurious Rolls has not been revealed either.
Based on the Rolls-Royce Phantom, we can appreciate many specific details for this one off. The client wanted to find a nautical touch in his new land vehicle, since the shapes and the large glass surface remind us a lot of a luxurious boat. We also find a new front grille, but what will stand out the most will be his silhouette with an unusual drop ceiling.

Inside, the rear seats have been dispensed with, leaving it as a car two-seater. It does not make much sense that in a car as large as the Phatom, from which it derives, the rear seats are eliminated, although seeing the fall of the roof and that a car that has supposedly cost 11,5 million euros is not exactly logical and rational, few things should surprise us. Regarding its mechanics there are no changes, using the block 12-liter V6.75.
