In case you didn't know, it's the first electric pickup truck that the American company will launch, and although it's debuting somewhat later than its rivals, it seems more mature . The aesthetics of the new Ram 1500 Revolution BEV follows the “bruitful” concept…
The first thing to highlight about the new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV is its design . According to the brand, it follows the "bruitflu" style, a combination of the concepts "Brutal" and "Beautiful." The tuning fork-like design of the full LED headlights and taillights is particularly striking . The front grille features simpler lines and inserts, with the illuminated brand logo in the center and a protective bumper below.
Moving to the side view, several elements stand out. First, the roofline is lower, and the windshield is set back to improve aerodynamics . Second, the side mirrors are high-definition cameras, and beneath them is a sheet metal crease that originates at the headlights. Third, the wheel arches appear more squared off and unprotected, housing attractive wheels. Fourth, the doors are suicide doors, lacking handles.
Fifth: the lower running boards and illuminated RAM logo give it an attractive and simple off-road look. Finally, the cargo bed avoids superfluous lines, featuring a sheet metal crease. Its size can also be increased with an add-on stored under the floor. At the rear, the taillights have a similar style to the front ones, with the RAM logo illuminated in red and a two-part tailgate.

While the exterior of the new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV is simple and attractive, the interior is similarly designed. Unlike some of its rivals, it eliminates unnecessary features and focuses on practicality, such as the new infotainment system with dual screens—the upper one floating—up to 28 inches . The steering wheel is foldable and includes capacitive controls for the head-up display (HUD) with augmented reality technology and AI functions.
Among the new features included in this infotainment system are voice controls for giving commands to the virtual assistant . But that's not all; it also includes a special cabin mode that modifies the seat and LED ambient lighting, as well as the sound system. Beneath the skin of the RAM 1500 Revolution BEV lies the new STLA Frame platform . Stellantis hasn't yet released details about the powertrain, but we do know that there are two electric motors, one for each axle, arranged in modules. These modules are designed to create a powertrain lineup that, according to RAM, will include a performance version. It also features four-wheel steering with up to 15 degrees of articulation.
Regarding charging, it includes an 800-volt DC network with up to 350 kW . Thanks to the network, it can recover up to 160 kilometers of range in about 10 minutes. The rest of the technical data will remain a secret for now until RAM decides to release it. However, it indicates that the prototype efficiently incorporates the battery pack with full aerodynamic panels under the body and an active diffuser. The rest will be revealed later before its commercial debut.
When will the new RAM 1500 Revolution BEV hit the market?
As we've mentioned, all the technical specifications of the RAM 1500 Revolution BEV remain under wraps . It was previously announced that its commercial debut will take place in 2024, so we're getting closer to its arrival on the assembly line. According to the official press release…
