Porsche adds a new version to your smaller SUV model, say hello to the new Porsche Macan T. It is a variant with a more dynamic set-up and with a very complete equipment, but without using a very high-performance mechanics. In fact, this option is positioned between the Macan and Macan S finishes.

As can be seen in the images, this new edition of the Tiger comes with cosmetic changes hand in hand with elements painted in metallic gray on the front, sides and rear of the compact SUV. It also has sports exhaust outlets and some gloss black trim to create contrast. Indeed, the wheels are 20 inches, the same ones that equip the Macan S.

If you look at the interior, standard equipment sport seats electric and heated, upholstered in black leather and the logo of the Stuttgart firm embossed on the headrest. The contrasting color of the exterior continues in the cabin with silver-tone accent stitching on the seats, headrests and steering wheel.

In recent years the designation "T" had been reserved only for the Porsche 911 and 718.

It also comes standard with heated GT sports steering wheel, Sport Chorno chronometer on the dashboard and door sills in aluminum with Macan T lettering. In addition, the GT sports steering wheel with carbon moldings, which always provide that superior point of visual dynamism.

If we focus on the dynamic part, the engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder of displacement, reducing the front weight of the car by almost 60 kilos compared to the V6 mechanics. This Porsche Macan T develops 265 hp and 400 Nm, which is enough. It is associated with a PDK transmission dual-clutch with 7 gears and the brand's all-wheel drive system.

It comes with the Sport Chrono package as standard and among its benefits we find a 0 to 100 km / h in 6,2 seconds, as well as a maximum speed of 232 km / h.

Regarding the chassis, the Porsche Macan T uses coil springs with shock absorbers of variable hardness, or what is the same, a adaptive suspension. On the other hand, it lowers ground clearance by 15mm and it has stiffer stabilizer bars, thus providing a firmer and quicker steering response.

optionally adaptive air suspension can be ordered with PASM damping and lower the height of the body by another 10 millimeters. Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) can also be ordered, a system that provides even more efficient behavior.

And we end with the prices. The Porsche Macan T is available in Spain from 78.659 euros, while the deliveries of the first units will take place during the next month of April 2022.
