The new generation of the Ford Ranger was unveiled just a few days ago. With this iteration, the American automaker takes another step towards consolidating its already dominant position in a market segment it knows inside and out. However, as they indicated in the press release, there's still some time before we see it on roads around the world. They'll certainly take advantage of this time to reveal all the secrets they've been keeping under wraps…
As you already know, because we told you about it at the time, there are many. One of the most important, or at least one that will generate the most excitement among its fans, is the arrival of the sport version . A new Ford Ranger Raptor is necessary if they want to keep all their rivals at bay. Well, they hadn't even finished presenting it when a teaser video appeared in which you could hear the sound of what would be its engine. Now this render has arrived …
The Ford Ranger Raptor was already hinted at a few days ago, although in audio…

As you can see in the image, the creator of this illustration is X-Tomi Design. This graphic designer has spoiled us rotten, making us dream of models that, in many cases, will never see the light of day. The thing is, with this Ford Ranger Raptor, he helps us imagine what the design team at the American firm might create. Moreover, unlike many of his creations, this one will actually be released, which makes it all the more significant.
That's why this model incorporates design elements from the F-150 Raptor . Notable features include a much more prominent front grille with the Ford name in large letters. The headlights retain their shape, but in this case boast a central trim piece or insert painted blue . The hood, meanwhile, receives a new air intake/outlet and a unique design with two vertical black stripes…
At the bottom of the front bumper are red rings for attaching ropes or a winch . There are also changes to the side profile, such as more prominent and protected wheel arches and a livery in the same black tone as the hood. We also can't overlook the word "Raptor" on the cargo bed, right at the rear, and a little higher up, a metal roll cage that adds a sporty touch.
Overall, and as with the street version, this is the F-150 Raptor's little brother . We'll have to see if Ford follows the same design scheme and if X-Tomi Design's rendering is accurate. If not, that's okay too, because we're more than grateful just for the visual appeal.
