The Hyundai i30 N has been one of the cars that has surprised us most in recent months. Its dynamic driving experience, its suitability for everyday use, and a fairly reasonable price make it a very appealing option. However, if for any reason you need a more practical car but still appreciate sporty styling , the Hyundai N Line range is now available.
Newly introduced on the i30 as the Hyundai i30 N Line , this is essentially a sporty trim level with notable aesthetic differences, while maintaining reasonable and more economical engines and tuning for everyday use. In other words, it's similar to Ford's ST Line, Audi's S Line, Seat's FR, or BMW's M package. Let me introduce it to you.
The Hyundai i30 N Line is the brand's first model with this trim level, adding exterior and interior elements that make it a more appealing car for those who appreciate sporty styling. The Asian automaker also notes that the suspension , brakes, and engine response have been slightly modified.
Aesthetically, and starting with the exterior , in the compact model this trim adds new bumpers with more aggressive lower profiles in a dark tone and a double exhaust outlet at the rear, 18-inch wheels (for the first time on the i30) with Michelin PS4 tires and the new N Line badge located on the front fenders to make the sporty trim clear.

Inside the Hyundai i30 N Line, we find sport seats with enhanced lateral support, and a unique steering wheel and gear knob for added appeal. The pedals are aluminum. Perhaps a few more details, such as an instrument cluster with a contrasting background, would have improved the overall experience and exclusivity of the trim, in my opinion.
As we mentioned, Hyundai has stated that this trim level benefits from certain dynamic improvements. The brand reports that the braking system uses 16-inch front discs (compared to 15-inch discs in the rest of the range), the aforementioned Michelin sport tires on 18-inch rims, and variations in the response of its engines. To acquire this trim level, you are required to select either the 1.4 T-GDI 140 hp gasoline engine or the 1.6 CRDI 136 hp diesel engine. Pricing is currently unknown.
