El Citroën C4 2023 has some changes compared to its 2022 edition. It is not an update as such. Its manufacturer has simply provided it with some improvements related to its “infotainment” system (media equipment) and the customization options that it offers to its customers, among which stands out the Possibility of ordering the roof of the car in a different shade of paint than the rest of the body. This also affects the 100% version of the model, called ë-C4.
Leader of its segment in Spain and among the three best-selling compact cars in Europe, the C4, which is built in our country, has received a couple of technological and aesthetic modifications in 2023 that they do not come to signify a more or less relevant modernization of the current generation of the product in question (it is not a "restyling" to use). However, they do represent a important advance in commercial positioning of this vehicle, which now, for example, you can renew the cartography of your integrated browser automatically and remotely.
The French brand has incorporated his latest operating system in this car, which had already been introduced for the first time their automobiles C5X y C4X, larger and more recent. Is called My Citroen Drive Plus and is inspired, according to the company itself, in the "universe" of smartphones. It has a more intuitive and easily connected interface (wireless compatible) with this class of devices. It is operated by voice commands or manually, through a 10-inch touch screen and high resolution located on the dashboard.
In the design and "customization" section, Citroën wanted to reinforce the exterior appearance of the C4 with the opening of orders for two-tone bodywork, which allows your buyers to configure their unit with the roof in black (pearl effect), being able to maintain the rest in another painting. This option involves a extra cost of 350 euros, VAT included, on the final price of the vehicle. If selected, the pillars are also decorated with that same “dye”.
