THIS IS A DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN THE CITIZENS, I PROPOSE TO TAKE THE MAXIMUM OF SIGNATURES AND TAKE THE CITY COUNCIL OF MADRID TO THE COURTS, FOR THESE MEASURES... WILL THE CITY COUNCIL DISCOUNT. OF THE MECHANICAL TRACTION VEHICLE TAX (IVTM) THAT YOU CHARGE ANNUALLY TO BE ABLE TO CIRCLE THROUGHOUT THE MUNICIPALITY? THE DAYS THAT CANNOT BE CIRCULATED. I THINK THIS COULD BE A WAY TO INCREASE THE PARKING BOXES. APART FROM THE SIGNS OR SIGNS LONG AGO THE DGT REMOVED THE SIGNS AND ADVERTISING FROM THE ROAD SO THAT DRIVERS ARE NOT DISTRACTED READING THEM TO AVOID ACCIDENTS AND NOW THE CITY COUNCIL GOES AND PUT SIGNS EVERYWHERE AND DUE TO THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES IT WILL MAKE THAT ATTENTION BE ABANDONED TO DRIVING AND DRIVERS BE MUCH MORE PENDING TO THE SIGNS ABOVE ALL THE DRIVERS FROM OUTSIDE, WHO GO TO MADRID. ALL THESE MEASURES VIOLATE SEVERAL ARTICLES OF OUR CURRENT CONSTITUTION, TO KNOW:
ART. 9: …THE PUBLIC POWERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CONSTITUTION….THE PUBLIC POWERS WILL PROMOTE THE CONDITIONS SO THAT THE EQUALITY OF CITIZENS IS REAL AND EFFECTIVE….
ART.19:… SPANISH PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE THROUGHOUT THE NATIONAL TERRITORY…, A RIGHT THAT A CITY COUNCIL FIXES AND KNOWS THAT IT VIOLATES THE CONSTITUTIONAL PRECEPTS.
    WE WILL FOLLOW.
