In these days of quarantine, video and image shipments are skyrocketing on social networks and messaging applications such as WhatsApp. It is normal. Many people are not going to work, there is a lot of boredom and the mobile is always a form of entertainment. If you are in one (or several) groups with motor lovers, surely many are reaching you car videos during confinement.
In my case, a few hours ago I received a video that really gave me goosebumps. I leave it just below this paragraph. Perhaps you have already seen it, but it is worth analyzing it in some detail and seeing the state in which the car ends with the subsequent images. The protagonist is a Suzuki Swift on a Polish highway. We do not know the condition of the occupants, hopefully well, but the car does not invite belief in it.
As can be seen in the video, the Suzuki Swift comes at high speed down the street on the left. Before reaching the roundabout, it makes a slight change of direction, but the speed is so high that in a few moments it is already hitting the roundabout. If we add the “ramp” to that high speed, the result is really scary. The car comes out totally catapulted.
The images, captured by what appears to be a security camera, are overwhelming. Despite hitting the roundabout and losing speed, the Swift it rises many meters with respect to the ground and "flies" at high speed. In the shadows on the right side of the image you can see that even hit with the top of a treebut that doesn't stop him.
These photographs, with the front and the left side completely destroyed, make it clear that the impact was very strong. We do not know the causes of the accident and if the vehicle was traveling that fast due to a mechanical problem. But what this fact makes clear to us is that speed can be very pleasing, but it can also have very serious consequences.
