Visually, The D-Max EV largely respects the silhouette and appearance of the diesel model., although it introduces some distinctive elements that reveal its new EV mechanics. The front grille adopts a design unique to the electric version and integrates the charging port into the area traditionally occupied by the fuel tank opening. The EV-specific emblem and Norwegian Blue color, visible only in this variant, along with gloss black details and new 18-inch alloy wheels, reinforce its unique identity.
